Work placements

Many Gordon courses have work placement requirements. These short-term, learning experiences enable organisations to help develop their industry’s future workforce. They can also be an effective path to recruiting new employees. Our Work placement Coordinator can help find the right student for you.

Apprentices and trainees

The Gordon offers a number of pre-apprenticeship courses in the building trades. These students have already begun their learning and are keen to secure an apprenticeship. Our Pre-apprenticeship Course Coordinators can help you find promising applicants.

Graduates

Gordon graduates include new entrants to the workforce and mature workers retraining for new industries and careers. The average Gordon graduate is 30 years old, so they often bring other work and life experience with their newly acquired qualification. 

We can help put you in touch with Gordon graduates and you can list any job vacancies via our Career Hub.

Guest speaking

We welcome guest speakers from industry. Speaking in class provides an opportunity to share your expertise with our students and promote your industry. Your real-word insights and inspiration will provide much needed encouragement for the next generation.
