This program is designed to grow your confidence and equip you with skills in critical thinking, emotional intelligence and managing team effectiveness. Delivery of this program will be via face-to-face workshops, tutorials, assessment and self-directed learning. The below units are from BSB50420 Diploma of leadership and management and participants would receive credit points to further undertake the qualification if they wish.
