Why take the FREE team challenge?

Born from the Victorian Government’s Clean Economy Workforce Development Strategy, The Clean Economy Project is a suite of projects that will prepare Victoria’s local advanced manufacturing industry and education providers for new jobs and training needs to achieve a net zero emissions economy by 2045.

The Clean Economy Project will:

  • identify what future jobs will look like for advanced manufacturing in the Geelong region.
  • determine the training and upskilling needed for new and existing staff.
  • equip manufacturing businesses and teams to work in the new ‘clean economy.

Training Needs analysis

The Gordon has been working with the Geelong region’s manufacturing industry to identify the sector’s future clean economy training needs.

We’ve established four project deliverables to help us identify these needs.
