Scale Facilitation® recently welcomed its newest strategic partner, The Gordon, Victoria's largest regional TAFE located in Geelong and Wyndham.
Scale Facilitation® recently joined Joe Ormeno, The Gordon's Chief Executive Officer, along with fellow key stakeholders from The City of Greater Geelong, Deakin University and AWH (Australia's largest warehouse provider) to celebrate and maintain the region's economic growth and job opportunity momentum powered by Scale Facilitation®.

Scale Facilitation® and The Gordon signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) stating the TAFE will play a key part in providing a pipeline of skilled workers for an upcoming advanced manufacturing facility slated for Australia, part of the flagship Scale Facilitation® portfolio company, Recharge Industries™.
Recharge Industries™ is an advanced battery research and manufacturing company started by Scale Facilitation® with plans to build a three-phase large-scale lithium-ion battery cell production facility in the State of Victoria, Australia.
The MOU signed between Scale Facilitation® and The Gordon shows intent for both organisations to collaborate and cooperate to generate a range of education and skills programs and initiative aimed at preparing and sustaining a workforce within advanced manufacturing operations.
The MOU covers further opportunities to develop and strengthen the partnership, including job and training needs analysis, workplace assessments, program and curriculum development, teacher immersion, study tours, workforce skilling, re-skilling, and upskilling, pathways to employment, traineeships and apprenticeships, industry collaboration, and industry immersion, among others.
