The Gordon has held a virtual graduation ceremony to honour more than 2,600 graduates from across the Geelong and Wyndham campuses.

Graduates from the centres of Design and Construction, Health and Community Services and Science and Technology, along with Culinary and Tourism, Early Childhood, GTEC, School-base Apprentices and Trainees, and VET delivered courses were recognised in an online ceremony.

Commending the success of graduates, The Gordon’s CEO, Joe Ormeno stated, “While 2020 proved an especially challenging year for all, our students remained firmly focused on their future.”

Mr Ormeno also applauded the efforts of the teaching staff at The Gordon who were swift to adjust to remote learning, allowing students to complete their training and education on time.

Graduate Ellie Natarsha stated, “Following a year of extraordinary challenge, we are incredibly thankful for our support networks. You gave us the strength, motivation and belief, that despite the obstacles that we all faced, we could overcome the adversities and realise our goals.”
