Academic Awards and Certifications
Students at The Gordon are issued online academic awards and certificates through My eQuals, a certified digital documents provider that is trusted and accepted around the world. Your official academic documents are provided in high definition, precisely as they would have appeared on paper and are accessible anytime and anywhere. You can share your documents with interested parties, such as employers or other training providers.

How to access your digital documents
Students who have studied at The Gordon will be automatically issued digital academic documents through the My eQuals portal. These documents include:
- Awards
- Statement of Attainment
- Statement of Completion
- Statement of Participation
- Statement of Results (when requested)
Students will receive an email once documents are ready to view. The email will include instructions on how to create your account, and to view and share your documents. If you have an existing My eQuals account, you can also log in and view your documents.
Hard copy certificates
Hard copy certificates are available on request for an additional fee of $20 for the first copy or $50 for replacement copies. Requests will take up to five working days, plus postage time. You will need to fill in a request a certificate form. Customer Service will contact you to follow up and process payment.
A Statement of Results is available free of charge.

How to add past qualifications or certificates from The Gordon to My eQuals
If you have other Gordon qualifications or certificates that are less than 20 years old, you can get this added to a My eQuals account by completing a request a certificate form.
How to get access to My eQuals if your email has changed.
Please fill in a request a certificate form and enter that your email address has changed in the Additional Information is required section.
