“My VET course has enabled me to learn about areas of the building industry rather than do another subject at school. The hands-on approach and team work really appealed to me, and I thoroughly recommend this training pathway for any young adults who are interested in building and construction.
 
To have the opportunity to learn these skills while still at school was a major bonus, and I have realised this is the area of work I can see myself in. What pathway I take will determine my career. After Year 12 I hope to pursue my aspirations in planning, architecture and building construction."
