Congratulations! If you have finished your course in 2024, we invite you to celebrate the milestone with family and friends at the Graduation Ceremony in March 2025.

How to register
Step 1: Register and pay to attend
Once you have successfully completed all requirements for your course and have no outstanding payments, you will receive an email with a registration link. Please check your email that you have provided to The Gordon is up to date. You must register to be able to attend.
Step 2: Register and pay for your Graduation Regalia and stole (gowning)
Please note, it is compulsory to wear regalia to go on stage.
After registering to attend, you will receive an email to also register any pay for your Graduation Regalia (gowning) which is organised by third-party provider, Reed Graduations. This will cost $60. You will need your student ID to register and must book this by Wednesday February 19, 2025.
Mandatory costs
Graduating students is $70 - This cost is paid in two parts:
- $10 when you register to attend. This will cover your ticket to the event , printed Testamur, and light refreshments after the ceremony.
- $60 when you register for your Regalia. This will be paid to our third part provider and will cover your Regalia and stole
Optional Costs
Guest tickets are $25 per person. This includes light refreshments after the ceremony.
Up to 5 guest tickets can be purchased per student.
Photography
Professional photography will be available at an additional cost to capture your moment on stage and with family. A portrait session can be booked at the same time the Regalia is booked.
Refund policy
Graduating students
No refunds are available for graduating student event tickets. This cost covers your Testamur which will be sent to you if you register but are no longer able to attend. This would be posted to your current postal address.
Refunds are available for Regalia if you are no longer able to attend. Please contact Reed Events directly to arrange.
Guests
A full refund for guest tickets is available if you provide notice in writing at least four weeks prior to the ceremony. Requests for refunds must be submitted to events@gordontafe.edu.au.
No refund is available if you cancel less than four weeks before the ceremony.
