Apprenticeship Support Officers

Apprenticeship Support Officers (ASOs) help apprentices get the most out of the apprenticeship system with the aim of helping more people complete their training.

Apprenticeship Support Officers offers free and confidential support, referrals and advice, helping apprentices with workplace, training or personal issues that may affect their experience during an apprenticeship.

First year apprentices under the age of 25 will be contacted by an ASO within the first 3 months of your apprenticeship. You will be assigned an ASO based on your postcode, irrelevant of where your course is based.

If you have not yet been contacted after 3 months or have lost their details, email apprenticeship.support@djsir.vic.gov.au or call 1300 311 820.
