By public transport

All campuses are accessible by public transport. The Geelong City campus is located directly opposite Geelong Station and the Werribee Watton Street Campus is located close to Werribee stations. Trains run on a regular basis to various destinations including Melbourne.

If you are travelling by public transport, plan your journey using Public Transport Victoria’s Journey Planner.

Fares (Myki)

Myki is a reusable smart card ticketing system used to pay for travel on trains, buses and trams across Victoria. Visit the PTV website to calculate how much your fare will cost.

Registering your Myki online enables you to check your balance, get notified when you card is due to expire and more. You can also set up auto top up, which automatically tops up your myki whenever it falls below your chosen minimum amount. You can register your Myki online, or by calling 1800 800 007.4

Travel concession cards

If you are a full-time student, you may be eligible for a Public Transport Concession Card for cheaper travel on trains, buses and trams in Victoria.

Victorian public transport student concession card and student pass application forms are available from the PTV website. You will need to bring in your completed form to Customer Service to be signed and stamped before PTV can approve your application.
